Various parking options are available, whether you’re meeting at Pyle Center or staying at Lowell.

Event Coordinators

Event coordinators attending Pyle Center may park at Lot 6 – Helen C. White garage – for $13 per day per vehicle or Lot 83 – Fluno Garage – for $12 per day per vehicle. Conference Attendees

Conference attendees at Pyle Center may park at Lot 6 – Helen C. White Garage – for $14 per day per vehicle or lot 83 – Fluno Garage – for $12. For parking inquiries, please contact the Pyle Center front desk at 608-262-1122. To reserve an individual parking space, click here.

Parking Permit Policies

Permit requests must be received by Pyle Center at least two weeks prior to the start date of your event. Parking permits for visitors to Pyle Center will be assigned based on availability, are subject to change, and are not guaranteed.

Overnight parking onsite at Lowell Center is $10.00 per night per vehicle (spaces are limited). Off-site parking in Lot 83 – the Fluno Center garage – is complimentary.

For parking inquiries, please contact Lowell Center front desk by calling 608-256-2621. If you are a coordinator, parking permits for your speaker may be master billed to your account; please discuss this with your event planner.

Parking Permit Policies

When making your reservation at Lowell Center, please indicate your parking preferences to reserve a space onsite or at the Fluno Center garage. On the day of your check-out, your vehicle may remain parked until 5 pm.

The closest hourly parking lot is the State Street Campus Garage, a municipal parking ramp about a block from Pyle and Lowell Centers.

Drivers with State of Wisconsin disabled permits or DIS and VET plates may park in the City of Madison’s parking stalls. In the State Street Capital garage, handicap parking is also available next to the elevator on every level. Customers with special needs are encouraged to contact their meeting coordinator to make appropriate arrangements
