Our catering staff will be delighted to prepare and serve delectable creations for your meeting or event. We aim to exceed your expectations with unparalleled service, creative cuisine, and the flexibility and variety you deserve.

A full array of food and beverages are available for all meals, receptions, and breaks during your conference. Our catering menu is designed to please every palate and includes options to suit every budget. Our unique conference center service includes a selection of special packages designed to meet the needs of meeting planner and attendees alike.

Our facilities offer a variety of lounge areas and dining rooms that are ideally suited for a variety of events. The Pyle Center offers three beautiful lounges that are wonderful locations for both formal receptions and informal gatherings. Most spectacular is The Alumni Lounge, which features floor to ceiling windows on three walls and a surrounding outdoor deck, offering a breathtaking 270-degree view of Lake Mendota. The Lowell Center's newly renovated upper lounge is a wonderful reception setting. The Lowell Center also offers a large dining room that can easily accommodate your needs.

For groups that qualify, we also offer an extensive State-Rate Catering Menu priced to meet the State of Wisconsin travel cost reimbursement rate requirements.
