Once your reservation has been submitted, it is confirmed in the Meeting Max Housing System. However, it may take up to 72 hours for the hotels to process all the reservations. Please be patient, as the hotels will not have your information in their system right away. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the reservation is entered into the hotel system.
Need to change or cancel your hotel room reservation? Please do not contact the hotel directly. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please click on the link sent to you in your Meeting Max confirmation email.

The Hilton Madison is located adjacent to the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. The Hilton Madison features elegant guest rooms, all overlooking Lake Monona or the State Capitol; a fitness center and indoor pool; 24 hour a day room service; two bar/lounges and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner; complimentary business center; Internet service is available in guest rooms for a fee.
The Hilton Madison has complimentary shuttle service to and from Dane County Regional Airport. The hours of operation are 6:30am – 10pm, 7 days a week. Guests may request our shuttle upon arrival by using the courtesy phone located in baggage claim. Travel time to and from the airport is 15 -20 minutes depending on traffic. If you need transportation outside of the hours of operation, there are taxi cabs waiting outside baggage claim. Approximate cost is $20 one way.
Underground parking is available at the Hotel at posted ramp prices. Current rates are $13 for overnight guests subject to change.
Cancellation Policy:
48-hr cancellation policy. Late cancels or “no shows” will be charged one night’s room and tax. No show reservations are released and are not automatically reinstated
High Speed Internet:
HSIA is $9.95/24-hour period. Wireless internet is complimentary on the first floor of the hotel. Our business center also located on the first floor of the hotel has complimentary internet and two work stations. Guestrooms have both wired and wireless capabilities

Congress Room Rate at Sellery Hall:
Double occupancy- $26.15 per person per night
Single occupancy- $47.00 per person per night
The above room rates include bed linens, pillows, bath towels, and soap. Every room is air conditioned, has a minifridge, twin beds, two desks with desk chairs, one closet, and a data jack with high speed Internet. Shared bathrooms are down-the-hall, televisions are in each floor den, and there is a computer lab with Internet access on the first floor.The above rates include daily housekeeping service in the rooms.

Madison is a walking city. Bring comfortable shoes, layers, and an umbrella so that you can enjoy walking in Madison regardless of the weather.
