Submission Dates: November 15, 2008 - March 31, 2009
You will have full access to upload, view, and edit your abstract until the submission deadline of
March 31, 2009.

Please adhear to the following submission requirements:
- Do not use all caps when entering in your abstract
- Limit the body of the abstract to 2500 characters not including spaces
- Do not bookmark the next page
Abstracts will appear on the Web and in the Program and Abstracts Volume exactly as submitted (i.e., no corrections, additions, revisions or deletions will be made).
Only the submitting author may make revisions and corrections via the web abstract submission program. The organizing committee cannot make revisions.
All revisions must be made no later than the revision deadline of March 31, 2009. Please proof and spell check your text carefully before submitting.

The program committee will contact submitting authors who have been selected to present orally at the symposium - including the 6 student award winners click here to visit the student awards page.
All other submitting authors will be invited to present a poster at the symposium.
Poster Presentations
- Posters must be sized to fit on a 4ft. X 6ft. horizontal poster board (4' top to bottom, 6' side to side).
- Poster presenters will be assigned numbers so that when they arrive at the Symposium they will know where to put their poster. Poster numbers will be attached to poster boards in advance.
- A list of poster numbers, authors and titles will be available so that attendees can easily find specific posters by number.
- Tacks for attaching posters to boards will be available on-site.
