Registration is required to attend any part of the symposium
Guest Registration:
Allows participation in meals and social events, but not scientific functions.
$130 per person through May 22, 2009.
$170 per person after May 22, 2009.
Cancellations on or prior to May 22, 2009, will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
No cancellations after May 22, 2009.
Registrations may be transferred to a substitute if the original registrant cannot attend.
