Conference Shuttle Service
Due to the close proximity of The Pyle Center and the conference hotels, shuttle bus service will not be available during the symposium.
Airport to Hotel Shuttle Service
Most Madison hotels offer free airport-hotel shuttle service. To request shuttle service in advance, please call the hotel concierge to make arrangements. If you have not made arrangements in advance of your arrival, proceed to the baggage claim area and look for the hotel courtesy phone display between the luggage conveyers. Pick up the courtesy phone and dial the number indicated for your hotel. The hotel operator will let you know when the shuttle will arrive to pick you up.
If you do not see the hotel that you are staying at listed on the hotel display in the airport baggage claim area, you will need to take a taxi to your hotel. Taxis are usually waiting at the Taxi Stand outside the baggage claim area of the Dane County Regional Airport.

Taxi fare from the Dane County Regional Airport to downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin campus costs approximately $15.00 one way.
Hotel to Airport Shuttle Service
Please make arrangements with the concierge at your hotel for shuttle service to the airport. If the hotel you are staying at does not provide shuttle service, you will need to call a taxi. Please call for taxi service at least 2 hours prior to the time you would like to be picked up at the hotel.
