Overnight accommodations are available at The Lowell Center. Lodging is intended for persons attending conferences or other educational-related events associated with the University of Wisconsin, the government of the State of Wisconsin, or traveling on business related to either entity. Alumni and parents of students are also welcome.

The Lowell Conference & Lodging Facility offers 81 well-appointed guest rooms, and an indoor swimming pool (the largest hotel pool in the area), sauna, and exercise room. You'll also find several class rooms, board room and break-out areas, a large dining room, and two beautiful reception areas. A delicious continental breakfast and parking (one space per guest room for the person(s) using the room) are included in our reasonable room rates.

Standard Guest-room Amenities

Guest rooms are furnished with either two European double beds or one queen-size bed, and offer a full array of amenities:

Guest Rooms Rates

Our affordable overnight room rates include a continental breakfast, reserved parking, and other amenities.
Single occupancy: $89.00 per night
Double occupancy: $99.00 per night

For qualified individuals, we offer rooms that meet the state reimbursement rates. More about eligibility.
Single occupancy: $70.00 per night
Double occupancy: $80.00 per night

Note: Rates may increase on special weekends and during special events such as UW Parents' Weekends, Commencement, etc. Please check with Front Desk staff for rates and availability of suites. Room Availability and Reservations

Booking guest rooms as The Lowell Center is easy. Individuals wishing to book 1 - 5 rooms may:

A valid credit card is required to book a room. When you make your reservation, please include any special requests such as accessibility needs for persons with disabilities, state-rate qualifications, or parking permits.

Room Blocks

If you are a conference attendee, your conference coordinator may have booked a block of rooms for your event. If so, please indicate the conference name and date(s) when you make your reservation. Blocks of sleeping rooms will generally be held until four weeks prior to the start of your event. Check your conference materials to verify dates.
