The Lowell Center Meeting Spaces in Madison Wisconsin
Welcome to The Lowell Center, one of two University of Wisconsin-Extension Conference Centers located on the UW-Madison campus. We are a seven-story conference center and lodging facility with the capacity to host events with audiences ranging from 10 to 400 individuals. In addition to 137 overnight guest rooms, The Lowell Center has seven meeting and conference rooms, a large dining room and two reception areas.
The Lowell Center Hotel and Conference Center in Madison WI is conveniently located one block from The Pyle Center, and is just as close to vibrant State Street—providing easy access to the best of downtown Madison and UW-campus activities.
Recently remodeled to provide improved accessibility and aesthetics, beautiful new surroundings include completely renovated Guest Services Front Desk area, lobby, lounge, and administrative office areas; major upgrades to the Langdon St. entrance featuring a new access ramp and elevator; a convenient new drive-up lane on Frances St. for easy loading and unloading; and an adjacent multi-level parking ramp for overnight guests. Additional improvements are made on a continual basis to ensure that the The Lowell Center best reflects the interests and needs of the customers we serve.

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the building free of charge to program participants and guests for personal online access.
Audiovisual equipment and services may be ordered for use in all conference rooms. Wired Internet access is available for use by presenters during meetings, and like AV equipment, must be ordered in advance when scheduling the room. Rates are listed on our Instructional Equipment and Services Price List. Our Instructional Media Services staff will assist you with your in-room needs.
Catering services may also be ordered for your events. Breaks and refreshments are typically served outside of your conference room. Full meals, buffets, or banquets are usually served in our dining areas.
