Registration Services and Student Records

ECC Registration and Student Records Department offers a full range of services designed to assist event planners with the numerous tasks involved in the registration process.

Registration services are available for a nominal per-person fee and include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Receiving registrations, providing information, answering questions, and acting as liaison between participants and departments
  • Entering program information and enrollment data; maintain roster
  • Mailing confirmations, parking and other information (up to 1 oz.)
  • Processing credit-card payments; depositing all conference fees
  • Processing cancellations and refunds; telephoning registrants regarding cancelled programs, maintaining waiting lists for filled programs
  • On-site registration and check-in; providing name tags
  • Completing CEU reports
  • Processing computerized closing reports
  • Generating invoices for any attendees with a balance due

Arrangements for registration services should be made when first scheduling a program. Services cannot be guaranteed if made less than 90 days prior to the event.
