Before you make your initial inquiry, please review the event planning process and time line , then make sure your event date does not conflict with campus area events or holidays. The very best way to quickly process accurate and thorough information regarding your event needs is to fill out the: Space Request Form Tell us everything you know at this time and we will work to find you the appropriate space and services. You don't need to know the answers, and we can fill in the blanks during your planning process. This form will be received in our database queue for processing by an event planner.
