To place a catering order, a minimum of $5 per person is required.
Minimum orders are associated with specific items and setups. For instance, a minimum of 25 people is required for buffets; 15 is required for plated entrées. For smaller group options, please consult your meeting planner.
No catering charges apply if cancellations are made at least ten business days or two full weeks prior to the first day of the event.
If catering items or events are cancelled between five and nine business days prior to the date, groups will be charged 50% of their order. This includes subset events such as receptions hosted as part of a larger event.
No refunds will be made if cancellations are made fewer than five business days prior to the event.

Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice until commitment date. Price commitments will be provided 60 days before the scheduled function.
A late charge may be assessed for deviations from scheduled times. Please alert your speakers and schedule events carefully.
Unless otherwise specified, the normal setup for receptions includes table linens, plastic plates and utensils, and other basic supplies for food service. If china and flatware is desired, there is an additional charge of $2 per person.
Alcoholic beverage service is available only in conjunction with food service and must be provided and served by catering staff. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the building.
Designated Pyle and Lowellstaff is required to be present at all times while alcohol is being provided.
Alcohol service should never be the main focus of a program, but rather an enhancement. Advertising of the event should not emphasize alcohol service.
For all student programs where some attendees will be underage as defined by law, wristbands are required. The sponsoring organization will be charged for the wristbands and the staff to monitor that this policy is enforced. Bartenders will band and serve only attendees who are of legal drinking age.
Sponsoring organizations are responsible for the actions of their guests and must comply with Pyle and Lowell Center alcohol policies. Violations may result in the revocation of the organization’s facility use privileges.
Pyle and Lowell Centers will limit Charge Bars (open bar to program attendees) to two hours. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the manager of the respective conference center.
